Growing up today can be a hard gig. Times have changed and constantly changing at a rapid rate. So many things literally at your finger tips unlike ever before. Being an emerging adult has changed. There seems to more pressure to grow up, learn, and make serious decisions. So much to think about and so confusing at times. Feelings and Emotions of teenagers can be intense and scary. They come on fast and can be volatile and reactive. With a little bit of neurobiology understanding and strategies this transition period can be less chaotic and hopefully a little bit more joyful socially.

5 Week Workshop Program – 2 hours per week
Would you like to better manage the stresses of being a teenager?
Teenage years can be some of the most stressful years of our life. Forty years of science research now gives us the tools and language to help us understand and manage stress and anxiety. These skills will be a valuable contribution now and into adulthood.
Focus and study better, understand and manage yourself, friends and family better. Learn to rest and sleep better.
This program is science based and non invasive.
Two programs –
- 13-15 year olds
- 16-18 year olds
